Commissioner of income tax, GOVT of Pakistan has approved Rahma-Tul-Lil-Alameen Trust as an income tax exempt and tax exempt gift recipient charitable organization.    

Rotary Club Australia and Islamic Association of Australia has donated a (40 feet) container full of second hand medical equipment to Rahma-Tul-Lil-Alameen Hospital, which have been received by the hospital on 24 january, 2007.
